This Privacy Policy describes how Pdflex ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile application Pdflex — PDF Editor & Scanner ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

- We do not access your files beyond the documents you select
- We do not upload your files to any server

3. File Processing
All file processing — including PDF conversion, merging, splitting, scanning, and image extraction — happens entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to external servers. Temporary files created during processing are stored in your device's cache and are automatically cleaned up by the operating system.
4. Device Permissions
Our App may request the following permissions:
- Photo Library: To select images for PDF conversion
- Camera: To capture photos and scan documents for PDF conversion
- File Access: To select and save PDF documents
These permissions are only used for the specific features you initiate. We never access your photos, camera, or files without your explicit action.
5. Advertising
Our App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use certain device data for ad serving, including:
- Device identifiers (IDFA on iOS)
- IP address
- General location (country/region level)
- App usage data (ad interaction events)
We use non-personalized ads by default. You can manage your ad preferences and opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
